One of our convictions is that of team leadership.

The Church is lead by a team of elders supported by deacons. They consist of married couples and singles who work as a team in fulfilling their call as leaders.

We believe that the Bible's teaching on leadership is that each local church should be governed by an eldership team. This team is the highest human authority in the local church. We believe the Bible teaches that elders are to be ordained by a person with a recognised apostolic call on his life.

Deacons likewise are leaders called by God to work with the elders in serving the church in all the varied needs and ministries of the body.  The elders of the church appoint deacons.
